Emmbrook and Woosehill Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG)

Disappointingly, in spite of the fact that we circulated almost 550 copies, we have only received 40 replies to the NAG Public consultation in the JPRA area.

In excess of 1000 forms have been given out, the replies will now be analysed and the findings will be published in the near future.

The Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out successful speed checks on the Woosehill Spine Road throughout October. This has been done with the use of the speed gun, and offending drivers have been pulled to the side of the road immediately and issued with a £60 fine and 3 points on their licence.

Speeding is a top priority for the local neighbourhood and the Policing Team will continue to carry out these speed checks across Emmbrook and Woosehill and to deal with offending drivers robustly.

The next NAG meeting will be held at 7pm on 9th December, subject to confirmation that a room at the Acorn Centre will be available. All residents are welcome.
